("HomiSmart") respects its users' privacy and is committed to protect the personal information that you share with us in connection with HomiSmart's internet site (www.homismart.com) (the "Site"), HomiSmart's products or services, HomiSmart's applications for mobile, or software provided by HomiSmart in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, "HomiSmart Services"). HomiSmart is not responsible for the privacy practices of third party partners. If you access a HomiSmart Service through a third party product in this manner, you consent and agree to the privacy policy of such third party in addition to this Privacy Policy.
COLLECTED INFORMATION
We may collect from you two types of data and information:
Non-personally Identifiable Information. This kind of information may be collected by Us or provided by you without being related to any identified person (“Non-Personal Information”). Non-Personal Information may include (but is not limited to): types of products and services you consume, your search inquiries, technical information and aggregated usage information, type of operation system, browser type and version, language and keyboard language.

This kind of information is namely connected to an identified person or may, with reasonable effort, identify an individual, or may be of private or sensitive nature ("Private Information"). Technical information and data gathered when your HomiSmart product is connected to the Internet, such as which products are connected and when.
STORING INFORMATION
Information collected by Us and/or provided by you ("Information") may be stored in two types of location:
Local storage - We may store Information locally on your device.
Servers – We may store Information on our servers (and/or third parties' servers we may use for this purpose) (the "Servers").
In addition, the Information may be transferred to, and stored at, various locations globally, including servers located outside your country of residence and/or servers of contractors who work for us (inter alia for the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services).
HomiSmart will take reasonable measures that Homismart and/or its service providers do not breach the privacy principles that govern the collection, storage and use of the information. By providing the Information to Homismart you consent to the transfer, processing and storage of Information outside of your country of residence. You are hereby acknowledged that data protection standards in other jurisdictions may be different from those in your country of residence, and you consent to disclosure and use of your Information to service providers in other countries, who may not fully comply with the particular laws of your country.
USING THE INFORMATION
We use the Information we collect to:
Set up an account for HomiSmart Services.
Facilitate purchase and/or download of HomiSmart Services.
Provide you with customer support.
Provide you with information about the HomiSmart Services you use, (such as power consumption or upgrades).
Provide HomiSmart Services, maintain, protect and improve them, to develop new Homismart Services.
Offer you tailored content – like giving you more relevant offers for Homismart Services and/or third parties' goods and services.
We may use the Information for statistical and analytics, research and technical support.
We may use your email address to inform you about Homismart Services.
We will ask for your consent before using Personal Information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.

We may, and by using the HomiSmart Services you agree, consent and approve us to share or transfer Information to third parties.
We may share Non-Personal Information, including usage data about HomiSmart Services, with third parties for a variety of purposes, including to analyze trends about smart home usage, to show third parties how their products could work with HomiSmart Services and to generally improve HomiSmart Services. We may provide the opportunity for you to connect and interface HomiSmart Services with third party products and services, which may involve the exchange of information between your HomiSmart Services and the third party product or service.
We only share your Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes if you have granted us permission to do so. We may share Personal Information in the following ways: Within HomiSmart and its related entities servers for purposes of data processing or storage; With business partners, service vendors, authorized third-party agents or contractors to provide a requested service or transaction, including processing orders, hosting websites, storing your information, providing email communications on our behalf and providing customer support. We do not allow third parties to use your Personal Information for a different purpose than what was disclosed to you without your permission.

If HomiSmart merges with or acquires or is acquired by another entity, Personal Information would be transferred as a whole to the successor entity.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible and/or liable to any third party's services and/or products and/or web sites or descriptions of those products or services that you receive from third party sites or to the content or privacy practices of those third parties, and that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any such third party products, services and web sites. You are knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks of using third party sites to purchase products and services.
USER CHOICES
We value your privacy and control over your personal information, and therefore you may notify us that you wish to either review your Personal Information or delete it. Please note that if we delete your Personal Information and/or cease collecting it and/or cannot send you cookies, certain Homismart Services and/or a portion of them may not be available to you and/or may not function properly, even if you have paid for the HomiSmart Services and/or their use.
